Welcome to MatrixFly. By accessing or using our website (matrixfly.org) and the GeoMoments web application (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Description of Services

GeoMoments is a web application that visualizes geo-tagged photos and videos from your Microsoft OneDrive on an interactive map. The Service requires authentication via a Microsoft account and read-only access to your OneDrive files.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account & Authentication

• You must sign in with a valid Microsoft account to use GeoMoments.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Microsoft account credentials.
• You may revoke access at any time through your Microsoft account settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
• Access the Services through automated means (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity

5. Intellectual Property

The Services and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by MatrixFly and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your photos and data remain your property at all times.

6. Service Availability

GeoMoments is currently provided as a free service hosted on Azure App Service. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, or performance. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MatrixFly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Services.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. By continuing to use the Services after changes become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
