Thank you for using MatrixFly's services. This Refund Policy applies to all products and services offered through matrixfly.org, including the GeoMoments web application.
1. Free Services
GeoMoments is currently offered as a free service. As no payment is required, no refunds are applicable at this time.
2. Future Paid Services
If and when MatrixFly introduces paid features, subscriptions, or premium tiers, the following refund terms will apply:
2.1 Subscription Services
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Refunds for subscription fees may be requested within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal.
- After the 14-day period, no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle, but your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period.
2.2 One-Time Purchases
- Refund requests for one-time purchases must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
2.3 Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Services that have been fully consumed or used
- Purchases made more than 14 days prior to the refund request

- Your account email address
- The date of purchase
- The reason for your refund request
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
